About Our Medical Weight Loss Program

If you’re looking to lose weight fast and achieve better health, The Sanctuary Wellness Institute can help.

Our weight loss program utilizes Compounded GLP-1 Injections self administered at home. Your doctor appointments are all via teleWellness via video call. These medications work by suppressing appetite and cravings. Most people see significant weight loss over the course of several months.

GLP-1 is the active ingredient in several well known medications that are FDA approved for weight loss. The compounding pharmacy we work with is also FDA approved. While on the medication, you will be under the care of our physician and have ongoing support from our care team.

HOW TO GET YOUR PENNSYLVANIA CARD

How the MMJ Process Works

  • Register for the program

You will need to register with the state with your driver's license ID number. The system will give you an ID number that the doctor will upload at your appointment to update your records to reflect that you have been certified.

  • Obtain a certification by meeting with a PA department of health certified doctor at the sanctuary

Consult with the doctor for 10-15 minutes to evaluate your ailments and ask questions you may have. Your certification will be issued at your appointment.

  • Complete registration an PA DOH website

After you have certified by the doctor you will need to login to the account initially used to register and submit the fee to the PA department of health. The DOH will mail your card to the address on your driver's license that you used to register initially.

  • Visit a dispensary

Once your card arrives in the mail you may visit any dispensary in Pennsylvania to make a purchase.. An initial visit with a dispensary pharmacist is highly recommended. A Dispensary pharmacist has been trained and certified on the best forms product for your specific needs.
